Senior Portrait Session Deposit Refund Request

* Session Date
Enter the date of the session you are requesting a deposit refund for. This request must be received within 60 days of your session date to qualify for a refund. If it is beyond 60 days your $25 deposit still qualifies for a purchase through May 31st of your graduating year.

YOU MUST ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT PRIOR TO REQUESTING A DEPOSIT REFUND. Deposits for missed appointments will not be refunded.
